National Intellectual Property and ICT Pleading Competition (CN2PI)

Students are given a practical case drawn up by the CN2PI organizers (a different university each year), which they must analyze both as plaintiff and defendant. The subject is related to intellectual property and information and communication technology (IP/IT) law.

Students form two teams of three (including two litigators). They draw up written submissions, before pleading before a jury at the end of March.
